Refund policy
We’ve designed our return policy to be simple, fair, and customer-friendly. Here’s what you need to know:
Free Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items for a full refund. Returns are free — we’ll even email you a prepaid return shipping label through our customer support team.
Eligibility
To qualify for a free return, the item must be returned in the same condition as received:
- Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- In its original packaging with all labels and tags intact
- Complete with all original contents
- Not contaminated or altered in any way
You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Items that don’t meet these conditions may be denied or partially refunded at our discretion.
How to Return an Item
- Reach out to the Submit Returns page and fill the form with the necessary info for returns.
- Once approved, we’ll quickly send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Pack your item securely and drop it off using the provided label.
Please do not send items back without first getting approval — unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@zerroa.shop with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — and in these cases, we’ll cover the return shipping.
Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zerroa.shop. We can usually cancel orders that haven’t yet been processed. Once an order has been shipped (and you’ve received a tracking number), cancellation is no longer possible.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to deny returns on items that don’t meet our policy conditions.
- If you provided an incorrect shipping address, we may not be able to send replacements or process certain returns.
