Placing Your Order & Shipping Options

During checkout, enter your shipping address and select your preferred shipping method. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. If shipping options don’t appear for your address, it means we’re not able to deliver to that location at this time.

Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is prepared and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times & Carriers

Most orders ship out within 5–8 business days using reliable carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS.

  • Pickup orders: Ready for collection daily after 5:00 PM. You’ll get an email as soon as your order is available.

You’ll receive real-time tracking information via email as soon as your package is on the way.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99 for all orders under $179
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $179.1

Note: We do not ship internationally at this time.

Calculated Shipping: In some cases, exact shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.

Important: Any import duties, taxes, or VAT fees for international orders (if somehow processed) are the customer’s responsibility. Zerroa is not liable for these charges.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • We’ll refund the full product amount, minus return shipping costs.
  • Damaged or defective items: Please contact us right away at info@zerroa.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We handle these situations individually and will work with you to find the best solution — whether it’s a replacement, repair, or full refund.
